About the event
On Saturday, November 9, Amaya’s welcomes you to an exclusive fall-inspired dining experience in collaboration with SolFood Collective: a five-course plant-based tasting rooted in seasonality, creativity, and community.
The evening begins at 5:30 PM with a red carpet photo experience by Rather B Photography, followed by dinner service at 6:00 PM sharp. From the first pour to the final course, this is a night designed to slow you down and pull you in through the food, the ambiance, and the people around you.
Created by Chef Jacquelyn of SolFood Collective and Chef Tino of Amaya’s, the menu will feature ingredients sourced from local farms and small producers. While we’re keeping the exact dishes under wraps for now, each course will be thoughtfully composed, balancing texture, flavor, and seasonal expression.
